Fix placeholder paths in hexstrike-ai-mcp.json

Summary

• Replaces the generic /path/hexstrike_mcp.py and http://IPADDRESS:8888 placeholders in hexstrike-ai-mcp.json with a working local example (an absolute script path and http://localhost:8888).

Why

The shipped example config can't be used as-is — the placeholder path and IP address need to be manually edited before Claude Code (or any MCP client) can load the server. This makes the example runnable out of the box for a typical local setup where the HexStrike Flask backend runs on localhost:8888.

Notes for reviewers

• Users running the backend on a different host/port will still need to adjust the --server URL accordingly; this just fixes the example default.
