Added EKM private endpoint operations to the ekm package: BeginCreateEkmPrivateEndpoint,
BeginDeleteEkmPrivateEndpoint, GetEkmPrivateEndpoint, GetEkmPrivateEndpointOperationStatus,
and ListEkmPrivateEndpoints, along with their models (PrivateEndpoint, PrivateEndpointOperation,
ErrorInfo, etc.) and enums
Added the ConnectivityMode field to ekm.Connection
