Static x86_64 Linux build of sandchest-index. Built with cargo zigbuild --locked --release -p sandchest-indexer --target x86_64-unknown-linux-musl.

New: the file store holds at most 256 MB of text and 100,000 files per checkout (--max-bytes, --max-files on serve); files past either limit are listed as skipped with reason over_budget, so one oversized repository can no longer exhaust the scan host's memory.
