similar to the ideas in #102, it would be really nice to programmatically assign Discord roles, which grant people access to certain channels and to ping certain groups of certain roles. In my head, I envision this as adding a database field to the models for projects and teams, and creating a one-to-one relationship between that and a Discord role ID.
Somewhere in the UI, there would be a button to look at the people that have that role in Discord, remove the role from anyone who is not a member of the corresponding project or team, and then give the role to people based on team membership. It would also be nice to use a Django signal to automate the addition of the role as needed, similar to the logic that's used for automatically giving people the Discord member role after they pay their member dues
