• re-release v1.4.4 as v1.4.5 to fix checksum mismatch in sum.golang.org caused by tag recreation; no code changes (efcdf19)

Note: v1.4.4 should be skipped — its tag was force-pushed after sum.golang.org cached the original hash, causing GOPROXY=direct consumers to hit a permanent checksum mismatch error. v1.4.5 is identical in code and replaces it.
