Add support for `defaultValue` option for `puter.ui.showFontPicker` in puter app environment

Currently the defaultValue options only works in web environment. Ideally we match this functionality in puter apps env

I'd like to work on this - root cause is that UIWindowFontPicker.js (app/embedded path) only reads options.default, never defaultFont/defaultValue, while UI.js's standalone fallback ignored defaultValue too; I have a small fix ready in both files and will open a PR shortly.

Hi @Salazareo , I'd like to contribute to Puter and was looking into #2896. I noticed M001N mentioned having a fix ready in August, but I couldn't find a linked PR. Is this still being worked on, or would it be possible for me to take it forward?
