Outdated GitHub link in `/etc/os-release`
the home url for phoenix in /etc/os-release is outdated:

ID=phoenix
ID_LIKE=wasi
HOME_URL="https://github.com/HeyPuter/phoenix"similar to #393, though the link suggested there (https://github.com/HeyPuter/puter/tree/main/packages/phoenix) is 404 now as well
I'd be glad to fix this myself, not sure where to go though. doesn't seem to be coming from or generated by this repo

YSCohen4d agothis is from the hosted version on https://puter.com/app/terminal.
just re-checked, it's there. though maybe i need to delete and rebuild my drive if this was fixed just recently?
Both links are dead, and Phoenix was removed from the repo before this issue was filed. So this looks like an old build, not something we can fix in current code. If no supported setup still uses that image, close it.
