Summary

The container's /etc/os-release file had an outdated GitHub link pointing to https://github.com/HeyPuter/phoenix which returns 404. This PR updates the HOME_URL to point to the main repository at https://github.com/HeyPuter/puter.

Changes

Added a RUN sed command in the Dockerfile's runtime stage to replace the outdated HOME_URL in /etc/os-release

Testing

This change can be verified by building the Docker image and checking the /etc/os-release file:

docker build -t puter-test .
docker run --rm puter-test cat /etc/os-release

The output should show HOME_URL="https://github.com/HeyPuter/puter" instead of the old Phoenix URL.
