Feature: pass size to kbts_allocator_op_free

Many new languages have allocator APIs, some of which take the allocation size on free. Whether the size is needed depends on the actual allocator used though. If it's not too much of a hassle (i.e. you already track allocation sizes anyway), it'd be nice to pass the size to the free operation and it probably wouldn't break existing user code.
