Expanding group not working in Safari

Bug description

In Safari (works fine in Chrome) when you expand a group in a registry they all appear on top of each other instead of in a list. Sometimes when you resize or swap to a different tab the layout fixes itself and you get a list.

How to Reproduce

Open registry-ui in Safari and expand a group.

Expected behavior

A proper list displayed like it does in Chrome.
