Tool Agnostic - Copy Command

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When using the webui copy command it defaults to docker pull. It can be a mix of k3s, podman, systemd managed podman that I am deploying with.

It'd be great if the copy command could just copy the path + tag. This way, the tooling is agnostic.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Nothing yet. The value seems to be hard coded.
