Address sanitizers in cxx-qt-lib tests (or Valgrind)

We noticed that some incorrect unsafe code in cxx-qt-lib can slip through our CI, as seen here: https://github.com/KDAB/cxx-qt/pull/1157/#discussion_r1934070145

We should use either valgrind or better yet address sanitizers to find such issues as suggested by @milianw
