Feature request: Allow converting from `QUrl` directly to `PathBuf`

Currently converting a QUrl to a PathBuf is quite involved and unfotunately lossy because one has to go through QString (returned by the to_local_file method) or through external dependencies to get something that can be converted to a PathBuf while being able to covert directly to something usable was the intention behind to_local_file.

I'm requesting a method that works similar to to_local_file, but returns a PathBuf instead.
