vphone 2.3.0

Core Bundle

• iPadOS guests. vphone-cli now boots an iPad restore IPSW on the same firmware path as the iPhone guest: iPad mini (A17 Pro), iPad (A16), iPad Air M3 11"/13", and iPad Pro M4 and M5 11"/13". fw prepare and vm create take --device <product-type> to pick one model from an IPSW that covers several. The guest shows the iPad's own identity and renders at 2x. Verified on iPadOS 26.6.2 with an iPad mini and an iPad Pro 13-inch; the other sizes are implemented but not yet booted. See iPadOS guests. • Keyboard: 🌐 switches the input source, and 🌐 shortcuts, JIS input keys, Esc, ⌃Space, Context Menu, Insert and the volume keys now reach the guest. (#543)
• Two-finger scrolls, pinch and the Back gesture follow the window on a guest turned sideways. (#543)
• SpringBoard in an iPad guest no longer crashes the first time it plays a haptic. (#545)
• Keychain listings report a malformed response as an error instead of an empty list. (#544)

Launchpad

• No changes of its own. 2.3.0 starts the 2.3 series. New machines in Launchpad are still iPhone guests; create iPad guests with vphone-cli.

Upgrading

Launchpad is 2.3.0 and works with any VPhone.bundle 2.3.x. Download the notarized vphone-launchpad-2.3.0-notarized.zip. The vphone-launchpad-2.3.0.zip built by CI is unsigned.
