Core Bundle

• Rotation works again after SpringBoard restarts, on iPad and iPhone guests. vphoned kept the accessibility port of the SpringBoard it first reached, so after a respring, an install that restarts SpringBoard or a SpringBoard crash, Interface Orientation in the Controls panel and display.rotation failed with "The device did not apply the requested rotation" until the guest rebooted, and display.orientation reported source: screen. Running icli device rotation set from an ssh shell still worked, because a new process connects afresh. Fixed in icli 0.7.9.
• vphoned no longer crashes when the host polls the orientation while the guest is still booting.
• The guest's vphoned updates itself the next time each machine starts.

Launchpad

• No changes. Keep using Launchpad 2.3.0; the vphone-launchpad-2.3.1.zip built by CI is the same app, unsigned.

Upgrading

Launchpad 2.3.0 works with any VPhone.bundle 2.3.x and installs this one from Core Bundle.
