Core Bundle

• Apps > Rebuild App Registrations works on RootHide guests. It failed with "command exited with status 1": vphoned runs from the system volume, could not find the bootstrap there, and refreshed the system's /Applications instead of the bootstrap's. system.uicache and apps.refresh now default to /Applications in the bootstrap vphoned installed.
• A failed refresh names the apps LaunchServices did not register or list, and other failed guest commands return their own message instead of only the exit status.
• time.timezone uses icli 0.7.16's time zone functions. Requests and replies are unchanged.
• Device > Show Frame Rate shows how many frames the guest presented in the last second in the window subtitle. (#560)
• Two opt-in kernel patches, both blocked in the standard preset (#560):
  • kernel-exp-display_refresh_120hz lets the guest render at 120 Hz.
  • kernel-exp-paravirt_user_clients lets daemons and command-line tools on a 26.x or 18.x guest open the paravirtual GPU, video decoder, Neural Engine and IOSurface scaler.
• The guest's vphoned updates itself the next time each machine starts.

Launchpad

• No changes. Keep using Launchpad 2.4.1; the vphone-launchpad-2.4.2.zip built by CI is the same app, unsigned.

Upgrading

Launchpad 2.4.1 works with any VPhone.bundle 2.4.x and installs this one from Core Bundle.
