Describe the Bug

Here are the reproduction steps. Step 1: Run sudo mkinitcpio -P in the terminal to regenerate the initramfs. Step 2: Reboot the computer and log into a Wayland session. Step 3: Start the Sunshine application. Step 4: Connect using a Moonlight client. Step 5: The connection times out and disconnects; Moonlight does not receive any video stream. Note: If I skip Step 1 and just reboot the computer directly, this disconnect issue still occurs with a probability of about 1 in 20. For the specific error logs and the infinite loop behavior, please refer to the online logs provided below.

Expected Behavior

Sunshine should stream video normally.

Additional Context

The provided Gist contains two files. cannot_stream.log is the Sunshine log captured when streaming fails. can_stream.log is the kernel log captured when streaming works normally.
