CPU ISA level is lower than required

When I try to run latest version without steam I'm getting this error in terminal: adobe-wine/bin/wine: CPU ISA level is lower than required

When I try to run through steam nothing happens when I press play button. When I change compatibility tool from bleeding-edge-local to proton experimental it does start the installation process, but can't proceed.
