Add a browsing history page

Summary

Add a native history page using Photon’s existing history model and profile storage.

Scope

• Add photon://history with search over titles and addresses and useful date grouping or range filters.
• Let users reopen an entry, remove selected entries, and clear a chosen time range.
• Reuse saved page icons and the existing browsing-data clearing rules.
• Keep internal Photon pages and private browsing out of regular history.

Acceptance criteria

• History can be searched, reopened, and deleted without leaving the browser.
• Clearing a range updates both the page and the stored history.
• UI state remains responsive for the maximum history size supported by the core model.
