Tested against: server 8.2.1.0-77-g0f1a5fc28 (kevin/topK_vector) Still pending on the server

ordering for Top-K (R73/R74) still a alignment on this topic is pending
Distance precision (R65/R66): distances are narrowed to float even under vector-distance-precision=double and for FLOAT64 vectors
Precision fixed per query (R67): the setting is read for every distance calculation, not once per query.
Last-update time in query records (R29): no SERVER ticket yet. Until it lands, Go keeps the higher-generation copy of a duplicate record
