Summary

Add discovery-k8s.yaml, which wires setup-kind-ako from the CLIENT-5541 feature branch and runs the K-* suite on the runner.
Run it on push to stage and stage-jdk8, on the nightly schedule, and on workflow_dispatch. It does not run on pull requests: kind plus AKO takes 3–5 minutes, and the job needs the FEATURES_CONF repository secret.
Until SuiteDiscoveryK8s lands (CLIENT-5554, CLIENT-5555), the job records a skipped Surefire result after the published ingress and NodePort endpoints accept a connection.

Test plan

Confirm the workflow does not appear on a pull request
workflow_dispatch against a repo that has FEATURES_CONF and confirm kind, AKO, and the cluster come up
Confirm the job fails closed when FEATURES_CONF is empty
Confirm the published check shows K-1 through K-10 skipped until SuiteDiscoveryK8s exists
After CLIENT-5541 merges, retarget setup-kind-ako from the feature branch to the released ref
