Batch sub histos are expensive and can't be disabled

Added in v6.4 https://github.com/aerospike/aerospike-server/commit/a9b0b1a9, these are costly in high throughput applications. The problem becomes worse as request, core, and numa node counts increase. Please add an option to disable them in config like benchmark histos.
