[DOCS] Refresh supported models in the memory cookbook

The Supported Models text in tool_use/memory_cookbook.ipynb omits supported Claude 4+ models. The current official Memory tool documentation states that the tool is available on all Claude 4 and later models: https://platform.claude.com/docs/en/agents-and-tools/tool-use/memory-tool. Update the cookbook wording to match the documented scope.
