Description
RespondJSON logged every Encode failure as Failed to encode JSON response at error level. The encoder writes straight to the socket, so a client that drops mid-response (closed tab, proxy timeout, canceled fetch) looked like a serialization fault.
Now a write failure caused by the peer going away logs Client disconnected before the JSON response was written at debug. Everything else keeps the error line. Status and body are unchanged.
- Moved the SSE manager's
isClientDisconnectlogic intohttphelpers.IsClientDisconnectso there is one definition. The SSE one now just calls it. I addederrors.Ischecks forsyscall.EPIPE/syscall.ECONNRESETon top of the existingnet.ErrClosed, context and message checks (the message matches still cover the Windows aborted / forcibly closed forms). RespondJSONskips the debug path forjson.MarshalerError,UnsupportedTypeErrorandUnsupportedValueError, so a real serialization failure stays at error even if its message happens to look like a disconnect.
Fixes #2713
Behaviour change
None for users apart from less error-level log noise on client disconnects.
How has this been tested?
CI-level only. New tests cover wrapped EPIPE and ECONNRESET, both Windows forms, channel / NaN / failing MarshalJSON still at error, an unrelated writer error still at error, and the 204 / 304 / nil-data paths logging nothing. go test -race passes for pkg/httphelpers and internal/api/sse. In internal/api/handlers the only failure is TestSeasonPackApply_Returns500ForFailedApplyResponse, which fails the same way on develop without this change.
Performance
No measurable cost. The only new work is on the error path of Encode (a few errors. Is / errors. As calls and a lowercase of the error string), which already ends in a log line. The success path is untouched, so no before/after measurement.

- Line 40: Remove the unconditional `strings.Contains(msg, "wsasend:")` match in
the disconnect-error detection and match only Windows error messages that
specifically indicate a client disconnect, so unrelated `wsasend` failures
continue to be reported as errors by `RespondJSON`.

Good catch, dropped the blanket wsasend: match. The two Windows disconnect messages are still caught by their own text, and I added a case so wsasend: An invalid argument was supplied stays an error.
