Links via other/ are dead

Description of the problem: Links for other/ are dead (unlike links for images/)

In https://github.com/baochip/baochip-1x/blob/main/docs/src/ch00-00-rtl-overview.md?plain=1#L32 a link to an image is ![Verilator screenshot](images/waveform-example.png) which resolves to... https://baochip.github.io/baochip-1x/images/waveform-example2.png

However the link to other documents like https://github.com/baochip/baochip-1x/blob/main/docs/src/ch01-00-electrical-specifications.md?plain=1#L5 KiCAD [Schematic symbol](other/baochip1x.kicad_sym) results in a dead link: https://baochip.github.io/baochip-1x/other/baochip1x.kicad_sym

Suggested fix:

Not sure if this is a github pages issue (add "other" as a directory to publish), or a rust book issue.
