Build.pathFromRoot in BIO build.zig is not found

build.zig uses the Build.pathFromRoot function, but Zig can't find it:

Furthermore, the source for the Build module specifically says that pathFromRoot is not intended to be used outside the module itself and that it shouldn't even be used in Zig's own build system: https://github.com/ziglang/zig/blob/master/lib/std/Build.zig#L1735. The function is public, but Zig can't find it for some reason.

I don't know up from down in Zig, but just taking out the b.pathFromRoot call seems to make the BIO build system work.
