Data link layer stub for CAN-bus
Three instructions don't work but are not caught by erratum-check:
li x28, 0x800
li x29, 0x800
li x15, 0x80000Additionally, assigning specific code to a specific core breaks the halt-to-quantum mechanism on another core. Details in the code.

I will open separate issues for the erratum-check escape, and for the halt-to-quantum issue. The erratum check I can investigate independently. However, for the halt-to-quantum issue it'd be nice if i could reproduce the whole test case. Do you have a test bench that goes with this which you are able to share?
No worries if not but it would make things easier if we were looking at the same data set.
