Demo for issue 904

On a dabao, connect tx_pin and clk_pin together and watch the output of dbg_pin on a scope.

One core emits a square wave; a second core clocks off this wave and toggles a pin in response. The output on that pin should be a square wave at half the frequency of the first one, but sometimes it's not, depending on which core the emitting kernel is running on.
