docs: add QoQa Compta and Crypto Tools to project list

Hello,

Thanks a lot for Electrobun, I've been trying other similar tools to provide desktop version of my apps but they were a pain.

I'm building two apps with Electrobun:

• QoQa Compta — spending dashboard for the Swiss deal site QoQa.ch (uses Electrobun v2, created March 2026, 150 commits, 16 releases)
• Crypto Tools — account management & order tools for the Kraken crypto exchange (still on v1, created in 2022, 300 commits, 17 releases)

Screenshots available in their respective READMEs.

Thanks, nyg
