Add support for IDAs debug api tools

Will be amazing to add also IDAs debugging api as tools for LLM. Yes we can add MCP which have it but internal debugging tools will be also usefull. For example this IDA MCP plugin have debugging tool set https://github.com/mrexodia/ida-pro-mcp
