Windows: no transcription output on portrait (rotated) monitor; disabling overlay breaks transcription on all monitors

Environment

Handy: 0.9.8 OS: Windows 11 (please correct if different) Model: Parakeet Unified EN 0.6B Displays: 3 monitors. 2 landscape, 1 portrait (rotated vertical) Bug 1: No output on portrait monitor

Focus a text field in any app on the portrait monitor Press the transcribe shortcut and speak The start sound plays, but the overlay never appears and no text is pasted Moving the same app to a landscape monitor works normally Overlay position Top vs Bottom makes no difference Bug 2: Disabling the overlay breaks transcription everywhere

Set the overlay to None/Off Dictate on any monitor Result: “transcription failed” on all monitors, including ones that work with the overlay enabled Expected: Transcription pastes into the focused app on any monitor, regardless of orientation or overlay setting.

Possibly related: #1759, #811, #908 (secondary-monitor issues on Windows), but none involve a portrait or rotated display.
