Automatic Discord member role grant is flaky

Sometimes members will pay dues but not automatically receive the member role... Don't know why this is the case but it is annoying to deal with. running the /givememberoles cmd grants the role as intended

I think it would probably be wise to run the member role granting logic in some sort of cron job or scheduled job maybe, https://github.com/coleifer/huey seems like a good fit for this

need to think more on fixing this later
