Run reverse dependency test to ensure gvisor-tap-vsock doesn't break podman

It would be nice to have all PRs run reverse dependency testing to ensure no change to gvisor breaks podman.

Rev dep testing is already being done for podman and cockpit: https://github.com/containers/podman/blob/main/.packit.yaml#L41-L56
