Use CGO_ENABLED=0 for linux builds?

As suggested in https://github.com/containers/gvisor-tap-vsock/issues/256#issuecomment-2779828333 , disabling cgo might be a better way around this, but we need to make sure this does not introduce other issues (changed DNS behaviour, performance impact, …)
