vmm/macos: build the vstate tests again
Since e6cdb553 ("macos: support VMs with more than 64GB of RAM"), Vcpu::new_aarch64() takes the IPA size and Vm::new() takes the ArchMemoryInfo that it stores the IPA size in, but the tests in vmm/macos/vstate.rs still call them the old way. The tests of the libkrun crate therefore don't build on macOS, and none of them run there. This passes the new arguments.
CI doesn't build the macOS unit tests (only cargo clippy without --tests), which is why this went unnoticed.
Tested on macOS (aarch64): cargo test -p krun-arch -p krun-devices -p libkrun builds again, and all tests pass.
