Features

• Added volume backup success, failure, and warning notifications through team backup notification channels.
• Added configurable alerts for missing volume backups in the UI and API, with alerts disabled by default.

Fixes

• Fixed deployment progress checks that stayed active after missing queue jobs exceeded the deployment timeout.
• Included running scheduled tasks and database and volume backups in progress checks.
• Fixed the log viewer when its parent component refreshed.
• Recorded database and volume backups that missed their scheduled start as failed and sent failure notifications.
• Fixed Telegram topic routing for backup warnings, missing volume backups, and volume recovery failures.
• Set database sessions to UTC to prevent timestamp offsets.

Improvements

• Added SCHEDULED_JOBS_DISPATCH_MODE to select sequential or concurrent schedule dispatch. Self-hosted instances used sequential dispatch by default to reduce CPU and memory use; cloud instances kept concurrent dispatch.
• Updated Sentinel to 1.0.2 and pinned the Sentinel host image to a fixed digest.
