Clarify documentation for what it means for KeyEventKind to be "Not Set"

In the documentation of KeyEvent and KeyEventKind, it says that the kind field of a KeyEvent is only "set" if certain keyboard enhancement flags are enabled, but it is not clear what it means for KeyEventKind to be "unset", since it's neither wrapped in an Option no has it's own intrinsic None or Unset variant.
