Describe the bug

When i have mouse reporting enabled and i try to move my mouse around inside a jetbrains IDE terminal, mouse movements get reported as raw keyboard inputs.

Im not sure how windows terminals work, but i have asked an LLM, and it told me that jetbrains's terminal emulator reports mouse movements, encoded in the unix style.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable mouse capture
2. Have a keyboard listener
3. Move the mouse around
4. Recieve wierd undeserialized inputs

Expected behavior

It should return mouse events, instead of keyboard events
