Support for the Kitty Multiple Cursors protocol

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's not currently possible to control the Kitty Multiple Cursors protocol using Crossterm (as far as I can tell) Is this out of scope for crossterm? It does support other kitty protocols, so I thought I'd request it.

Describe the solution you'd like Well, I'm looking for, probably a ExtraCursor(row, col) api with either other commands or some options type. Additionally a ClearExtraCursors one.

Describe alternatives you've considered if any The only alternative is to just write out the escape sequences manually. Or I guess there could be another crate to do it?
