background/context
the end-state of the flash-tools UI looks like:
Flash complete! Unplug and replug the USB cable to restart your device. After flashing
Unplug and reconnect the USB cable. Don't press the Reset button.
(bolding first section to indicate its in a flashy green background; second section is greyed out and less important looking)
feedback: don't say "restart your device" as the bright/loud action item at the end of flashing, even if you didn't.
I read the big green box first, was wondering why un plugging and "restarting" (holding down reset button) wasn't working until I read the second section. Then I re-read the first section and saw it subtley says "to* reset your device". ie: merely unplug/replug should be enough.
Anyway, nothing bad happened in my case--I guess I got lucky, but this feels like it could be phrased to be less likely to trip someone who is reading it to quickly.
concrete alternative to consider:
Flash complete! Unplug and then replug the USB cable. You should see your screen refresh with the new software.
