<blockquote> tag inline margin/padding is randomly dropped from some parts of the epub in CP 1.6.0

Describe the Bug

In Crosspoint Reader v1.6.0, epubs with <blockquote> elements styled with side margins or padding via CSS have some block quote elements randomly lose their specified margin/padding and go to the edge of the page. Clearing cache or reuploading the ebook does not fix the issue. This behavior did not happen on v1.4.1.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on X4 w/ Crosspoint Reader
2. Open an epub with block quote elements
3. Navigate through the ebook
4. See some blockquotes with no side padding and some blockquotes with side padding

Expected Behavior

The epub will have all blockquotes styled with side margin/padding
