Allow self-updates without release-age overrides

What do you want to change?

Add pi update --no-release-age-override to omit the release-age override for npm, pnpm, and Bun. Defaults remain unchanged.

Why?

Company MDM security software flags the override and terminates the terminal session.

How? (optional)

Leave package-manager age policy unchanged when the flag is set. I have a local implementation and would like to submit a PR.
