macOS: key events should stop repeating when press & hold is enable
We deliberately disabled ApplePressAndHoldEnabled so that repeated key events make it through to our terminal views, just like Terminal.app. Unlike Terminal.app, when you re-enable it, the accent window shows up properly, but the key keeps repeating.
We should follow Terminal.app in this case.
