i18n: improve Polish (pl) translation
Make Polish messages more natural and use panel and polecenie consistently. Fix the new-window/tab descriptions and ANSI path-copying text, and use Zapisz for file exports.
Checks: msgfmt, msgcmp, and git diff --check passed; all 252 messages are translated. GTK visual verification was not run.
