shell-integration: preserve p10k prompt markers
Powerlevel10k can emit prompt markers through expansion, so checking the literal PS1 misses them. Skip the fallback marker when Powerlevel10k shell integration is enabled to preserve the start of its multiline prompt.
Part of #14701 AI disclosure: GPT-6 Astra helped to debug the issue and fix it.
