terminal: skip redrawable prompt text during reflow

Copy redrawable prompt rows as blanks during reflow so old multiline prompts cannot wrap and leave duplicate lines behind. Preserve the original screen if resizing fails and add regression tests for repeated resizing and last-line-only redraws.
