config/url: handle path in shell prompt

When a shell prompt contains an absolute path in front of the prompt sign (like # and $), double-click on the command after the prompt sign would select the absolute path + the prompt sign + the command + args.

This changes the regex to have a separate capture group for anything taking place before the prompt sign.
