When a query fails due to a temporary issue such as a configuration error or "no log on disk" error from a deployment, it is a manual process to retry

I would like to be able to re-run a query quickly with a single button click including runbook parameters and the JIRA ticket details.

In certain failure states or for queries that need to be re-run like monitoring postgres index creation, the ability to re-run a session.
