[Bug]: failed copying buffer, max size (16777216) reached

Bug Description

Hello!

Working with Postgres resource, we attempted to execute SQL query with ~20MB of data and faced an issue:

⚠️ failed copying buffer, written=0, err=fail to decode typed packet, err=max size (16777216) reached

Despite case may be quite uncommon, we expect to be able to execute same queries via Hoop, as using native psql or IDE interface.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Postgres connection with hoop connect
2. Execute single SQL query larger than 16 MB (e.g. generated INSERT INTO ... with multiple items)
3. See an error

Expected Behavior

Would be great to parametrize value, so we could raise the threshold for our setup:

HOOP_PG_PACKET_SIZE_MAX=32MB

Actual Behavior

Seems that we've faced hard-coded limit:
