ENG-913: resource setup in React for metadata-driven types

📝 Description

/resources/new?type=<catalog id> creates metadata-driven resources and dev envs in React. Other types keep the CLJS wizard until their ticket lands.

• ?type= picks the React or CLJS wizard; the CLJS catalog now passes it.
• Credential renderers read their store from context, so the wizard and Configure Role share them.
• Fixes Q14, Q15, Q16, Q19, Q21.

🧪 Testing

Same POST /resources body as CLJS for all 24 types. Configure Role saves are unchanged.

📄 Additional Notes

Configure Role picks up the new look of the shared inputs.
